Overview
At Calyx we are continuously striving to improve the level of service that we offer to our customers. Training is an area that demands constant change and improvement and we are delighted to offer training of the highest quality across a variety of subjects. Right from basic accounting principles through all phases of implementation and systems management, you can be sure that Calyx is well placed to meet all your training needs.

Training Staff
All courses are presented by members of our professional services team who, on a daily basis, are involved with implementations of Dynamics at customer sites, the provision of product, technical or project consultancy, as well as providing practical solutions to users on the Calyx Call Centre.

Training Facilities
All courses are held at our modern, up-to-date training facility in Shepshed, Leicestershire. There is a separate workstation for each delegate and the NetSupport master/slave system permits the tutor to broadcast to each workstation simultaneously or individually, thus enriching the overall training experience.

Fully Accredited
Full accreditation is provided on completion of the relevant courses. In order to maximise your satisfaction and keep our standards as high as possible, we ask all delegates to complete the appraisal form at the end of each course; Calyx reviews these, and action is taken where necessary. Training is an ongoing process, and we take the view that there is always room for improvement.
