Implementation

Calyx utilises Microsoft's implementation methodology, "Sure Step", for all projects. This methodology is used as the roadmap for implementing integrated enterprise solutions including the deployment of software applications and services. It contains a set of processes, which can be managed in several ways. Rather than defining a single, inflexible approach, the elements of the methodology can be modified to meet the needs of various implementation projects - from small to large, simple to complex, straightforward to risky.

Project management, quality assurance and change management are integral parts of each phase of project activity. As a "state of the art" project delivery method, Sure Step incorporates the key aspects of approaches such as PRINCE 2. Sure Step also has the advantage of being flexible enough to be scalable to the wide variety of projects that we undertake in terms of scope, complexity and size, characteristics that are not always in alignment.
